San Miguelians' had the opportunity to participate in this culinary feast out in the campo of the Trapp family, an organic and sustainable ranch, Cañada de la Virgen. The Restaurant owner and Chef Donnie Masterton was the mastermind behind the menu. Not for the faint of heart budget-wise at 7,731mxn/$385usd per person, but, perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime experience. "Nigel" is his name and some have exclaimed him to be 'the most beautiful Springer Spaniel' in town. Owned by ex-San Francisco Attorney, Mark Darley.
